Diana Redman, MSW, PSY-D, is a Mental Performance Consultant and former professional soccer player for the National Team of Israel. With more than 15 years experience as an elite athlete, Diana has turned her career ups and downs into her lifelong passion of helping athletes understand and overcome all aspects of their mental health, while maximizing their playing potential. Diana uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to help athletes truly get in touch with what they feel and learn to master their emotions.
Diana is a Clinical Psychology Doctoral Candidate and holds a Master of Social Work, specializing in Crisis and Trauma. She helps athletes with emotion regulation, addiction and co-occurring disorders, anger management, injury recovery, motivation, mindfulness, stress inoculation, identity, retirement, and goal setting. Diana also specializes in preconception, perinatal and postpartum athlete support.
